Cook Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
12 ounce package of whole cranberries
1 cup water
1.5 cups sugar
Two tablespoons of Mel's Hellish Relish
DIRECTIONS:
Mix sugar and water in a medium saucepan; stir to dissolve sugar
Bring to a boil; add cranberries; return to a boil
Reduce heat; boil gently 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Remove from heat.
[Optional: For jellied sauce, blend at low speed until whole berries are blended in]
Cool completely at room temperature
Refrigerate until serving time
