Fiery Cranberry Sauce (Traditional Style)

Ingredients:
- 12 ounce package of whole cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 1.5 cups sugar
- Two tablespoons of MEL'S HELLISH RELISH

Directions:
- Mix sugar and water in a medium saucepan; stir to dissolve sugar
- Bring to a boil; add cranberries; return to a boil
- Reduce heat; boil gently 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Remove from heat.
- Optional: For jellied sauce, blend at low speed until whole berries are blended in
- Cool completely at room temperature
- Refrigerate until serving time
Fiery Cranberry Sauce (Fast & Easy)

Ingredients:
- 16 ounce can of jellied cranberry sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons of MEL'S HELLISH RELISH

Directions:
- Empty contents of can into a large bowl
- Using a fork, break up jellied sauce into a loose mixture
- Add Hellish Relish to mixture, stirring in until well-blended
- Refrigerate until serving time

Ingredients:
- Two 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
- One 8 ounce package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 chopped green onion
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup Mel's Hellish Relish (to taste)
- 1 cup bacon bits or chopped nuts
- One red pepper

Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except bacon/nuts and red pepper in large bowl
- Blend at medium speed with electronic beater or by hand until well-blended
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours
- Form mixture into a football shape
- Cover with bacon bits or nuts
- Add thin strips of pepper for the "lacing" on the ball
- Serve with snack crackers like Tricsuits, Wheat Thins, etc.
