Ingredients:
- One dozen hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Three tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Three tablespoons of Mel's Hellish Relish

Directions:
- Carefully slice eggs in half, lengthwise. Keep each half intact.
- Remove yolks and place in a medium-sized bowl
- Add enough mayonaise to yolks to moisten slightly
- Mix everything except the egg whites in a bowl until smooth
- Spoon the mixture into the egg white halves
- Sprinkle with paprika, refrigerate until ready to serve.

Ingredients:
- 3 lbs. of chicken wings (about 12 wings)
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mel's Hellish Glaze:
Blend 1 cup (8oz.) Mel's Hellish Relish and 5 tablespoons
honey in food processor or blender until mixture is smooth.

Directions:
- Adjust oven rack to middle position. Heat to 450 deg.
- Combine wings in a bowl with oil, salt, and pepper
- Set a wire rack over a large, foil-lined, shallow pan
- Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack
- Bake until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
- Move wings to a large bowl with Mel's Hellish Glaze. Toss to coat evenly.
- Remove rack from pan and pour off the rendered fat.
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the foil lined pan and return to oven
- Continue to cook until glaze has set, about 8-10 minutes.

- 1 cup sour cream (Breakstone)
- Five tablespoons of Mel's Hellish Relish

Directions:
- Combine ingredients in a medium-sized bowl
- Stir until evenly blended & smooth
- Can be served immediately with crackers, veggies, etc.
- Best served if allowed to set overnight in refrigerator

Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup reduced/low fat sour cream
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- Five tablespoons of Mel's Hellish Relish

Directions:
- Combine ingredients in a medium-sized bowl
- Stir until evenly blended & smooth
- Can be served immediately with crackers, veggies, etc.
- Best served if allowed to set overnight in refrigerator

Ingredients:
- 1 pound medium jalapenos
- 1 pound cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 medium white onion, finely chopped
- Five tablespoons of Mel's Hellish Relish
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cut peppers in half lengthwise, de-vein peppers, & remove seeds
- Brown sausage and onion over medium-high heat
- Drain fat. Pat sausage with paper towel to remove residual fat
- In a metal bowl, combine sausage/onion mixture, cream cheese, salt and pepper
- Stir this mixture until ingredients are completely combined
- With a small spoon, fill jalapeno halves with sausage/cream cheese mixture
- Place filled jalapeno halves on a foil lined baking sheet
- Bake until golden brown and jalepenos appear to be slightly softened
This will take approximately 25-35 minutes - Eat immediately or store leftovers in refrigerator and warm up in microwave
* You can substitute ground beef, ground turkey, or chopped vegetables for the sausage for a healthier or vegetarian version.
